The IPOSE WATCH & CARE FOUNDATION (IPOSE) was established in 2022 as a non-profit social organization dedicated to promoting the development of the domestic watch industry in China. The association consists of legally recognized watch businesses, watch entrepreneurs, and watch enthusiasts.

爱报时腕表交流协会成立于2022年（英文译名是IPOSE WATCH & CARE FOUNDATION，缩写为IPOSE），是非经营性社会团体。协会由国内具有法人资格的钟表工商企业及钟表企业家、钟表爱好者组成。

In accordance with the "Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Social Organizations," the IPOSE WATCH & CARE FOUNDATION adheres to the principle of "actively serving enterprises, closely connecting with the government, optimizing the industry ecosystem, and promoting industrial upgrading," and carries out various activities in accordance with the law to promote the development of the domestic watch industry, safeguard industry interests, and play a bridge and link role between government administrative departments and enterprises.

爱报时腕表交流协会遵照《社会团体登记管理条例》，贯彻“主动服务企业，密切联系政府，优构行业生态，推促产业升级”的宗旨，依法开展各项活动，以促进国内钟表业发展，维护行业利益，发挥政府行政部门和企业之间的桥梁和纽带作用。

The main business scope of the association includes proposing development strategies and plans for the domestic watch industry, reflecting industry issues and demands to government departments, maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, actively expanding markets for enterprises, strengthening economic and technical cooperation among enterprises inside and outside the industry, strengthening ties with the watch industry in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, conducting special seminars to provide domestic and international market information and related materials for enterprises, organizing domestic watch product selection, participating in watch exhibitions, conducting market surveys, communicating domestic and foreign information, and holding member exchange events.

本协会的主要业务范围：提出国内钟表行业的发展战略、规划等建议；向政府部门反映行业的问题和要求，维护行业的合法权益；积极为企业拓宽市场，加强企业之间和行业内外的经济技术合作；加强与国内外、港澳台地区钟表界的联系；开展专题研讨活动，为企业提供国内外市场信息和有关资料；开展国内钟表产品评选；组团参加钟表展览，开展市场调查，沟通海内外信息；举办会员联谊交流等以上工作。
